We offer in-house alterations for all gowns, excluding discontinued items and prom dresses.

Pressing and steaming services are included in your purchase for any gown.

Custom bustles are discussed at the time of alterations for all gowns

In-house alterations are not available on prom & pageant gowns.

40% of the total price will be required at the

time of payment for bridal, prom, & mother's gowns

A $100 deposit is required upfront for all

tux/suit rentals & bridesmaids dresses.

50% of the total must be paid before the alterations process can begin.

Additional payments can be made at any

time over the phone or in-person.

All items are required to be paid in full

before taking them out of the store.

All services are by appointment only. You can find Trunk show dates and any additional announcements on our social media.
A deposit is required before any item can be ordered or for items being held. (No refunds or exchanges once this deposit has been made).
There is an additional charge for prom, bridesmaids & wedding gowns over a size 16 and for extra length.
Tuxedo & suit rentals are to be returned the first business day after use or a late charge of $50 a day will be charged.
We will notify the bride when bridesmaids gowns are received. They will then be responsible for notifying their party for fittings, final payments and pick up.

The bride is responsible for all remaining balances if the wedding is canceled or any member of the party withdrawals.
